High durability and efficiency with moderate resistance to abrasion.
Typical composition: Major Element – Fe; Minor Elements – Cr, Si, Mn, C
Hardness: Mohs 5 ½ - 6; Rockwell – C 60-65

Crush, grind, and mill various materials. et includes two 1/2 in. (12.7 mm) and four 1/4 in. (6.35 mm) steel balls. Made of type 52-100 steel. Sold as a bag of six grinding balls.
