Application: Cryogenic Grinding of Mango to Determine its Increased Impact as Bio-Fertilizer
The Cryo-Blade is an advanced cryogenic tool designed for precise homogenization of samples. This study explores its application in grinding mango samples for increased impact as bio-fertilizer. By utilizing the Cryo-Blade, we aimed to achieve high-quality sample preparation with minimal sample damage and preserved biochemical integrity. The results demonstrate the efficacy of the Cryo-Blade in producing consistent, homogenized, high-quality grounded samples.
Grinding of mango samples is a crucial step in various industries such as food processing and agricultural research. Traditional methods of sample preparation often result in mechanical damage and thermal degradation, affecting the accuracy of subsequent analyses. Also, due to the high sugar content, the removal of moisture from mango is difficult, and hence its grinding.
The Cryo-Blade, with its cryogenic capabilities, offers a solution by maintaining sample integrity during the grinding process. This study investigates the effectiveness of the Cryo-Blade in grinding mango samples for their end-use in preparing plant growth promoters (PGPs).
