15 mL short polycarbonate vial with screw-on cap. 1 1/8 indiameter x 1 2/3 in long (28.6 mm x 43.2 mm). Pre-cleaned with grinding load per vial 6 mL. Sold as a bag of 100 vials.

Replacement vials and steel balls may be purchased separately. To use, simply add the sample and solution (if desired) to each vial, screw on the vial cap, and place the entire carrier into the 2010 Geno/Grinder® or 1600 MiniG®. Run up to four Vial Sets at a time for high-throughput tissue homogenization and cell lysis. Sold as a case of 10 vial sets.
